KCRHA has released a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Encampment Resolution Program (ERP) Permanent Supportive Housing Services (PSH) Reprocurement Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFP is intended to reprocure current ERP PSH projects to ensure the scope and performance requirements fit the needs of the community. The ERP PSH portfolio consists of approximately 160 master-leased units and 60 privately leased units located throughout King County. All households served come from unsanctioned encampments resolved through KCRHA’s Encampment Resolution Program or from authorized referrals from other unsanctioned encampments. This procurement is intended to ensure the continued operation, financial administration, tenancy support, and supportive services (including onsite behavioral health services) necessary to preserve these existing housing resources and promote long-term housing stability for participants exiting homelessness. The funding available through this procurement is intended to support service delivery and program operations only.
