Office Hours
The KCRHA Grants, Compliance, and Finance Teams host weekly Open Office Hours on Thursdays from 3:00–4:00 pm. The Open Office Hours are designed to offer technical assistance and answer questions related to invoicing, contracts, comprehensive monitoring, and more. King County Public Health – Environmental Health Resources for Homeless Service Providers
King County provides environmental health resources for homeless service providers, including trainings that address pest prevention and management, air quality, and other sanitation-related topics.

This video recording explains the definition and documentation needed for Literal Homelessness. Service providers can use this information to assist their clients with collecting proper documentation. The video also lists common mistakes made when identifying proper documentation.

This training provides an overview of the TANF and WorkFirst programs, including eligibility requirements, guidance on navigating the application process, and potential limitations of the benefits.
KCRHA HUD’s Equal Access Rule Training 2024
This training addresses the requirements of the HUD 2012 and 2016 Equal Access Rules, outlines policies supporting LGBTQQIA2S individuals, and highlights strategies to prevent family separation.
