The King County Regional Homelessness Authority (KCRHA) is pleased to announce a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for Fiscal Year 2025 Continuum of Care (CoC) transitional housing funds, with match funds for an ongoing project that have been voluntarily relinquished. The intent of this Request for Letters of Interest (RLOI) is to determine if any qualified service providers are interested in assuming funds and project requirements for a relinquished CoC transitional housing project. If multiple parties express interest, a subsequent RFP process will be released. Organizations must submit an LOI in order to apply for any subsequent funding process. As the project budget and household number has been approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the project requirements cannot be negotiated and few changes are possible. Due to this, KCRHA seeks to ensure it is aware of all interested parties before running a lengthy RFP process.
