KCRHA is releasing a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to support KCRHA’s portfolio of Encampment Resolution Program (ERP) Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH). KCRHA anticipates to release a Request for Letters of Interest (RLOI) to determine if any qualified property management providers are interested in assuming funds and requirements for forty-three (43) master-leased PSH units in Seattle, WA. KCRHA has released funding opportunities for property management for PSH locations in the past with limited response. Due to this, KCRHA seeks to ensure it is aware of all interested parties before running a lengthy RFP process. If multiple organizations express interest, KCRHA expects to release a following Request for Proposals (RFP) process to reprocure property management services at a single PSH site. Organizations must submit a letter of interest in order to apply for any subsequent funding process.
KCHRA expects to release the RLOI on October 6, 2026.
