HUD NOFO 2026 Documents

After a decision by the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals last Wednesday to allow the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) to proceed with the FY 2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), HUD has reopened the FY 2026 NOFO with a submission deadline of September 30.

KCRHA is completing the work necessary to submit a competitive CoC application by the September 30 deadline, including:

Drafting the consolidated application responses required for the submission;
Convening the CoC Advisory Board for a special meeting to adopt the rank order submission list; and
Closely monitoring ongoing litigation and federal guidance, as additional developments could affect our CoC’s submission.
