The meeting is for CoC members and is open to the public. This member convening will include: Insights into recent initiatives and accomplishments within the Continuum of Care, Keynote speakers and panel discussions featuring experts in the field, Development of opportunities for networking and collaboration, and Q&A sessions to address your questions and concerns.
This CoC Convening provides a unique platform for stakeholders, service providers, policymakers, and community members to come together, share their experiences, and work towards solutions that will enhance our local continuum of care efforts.
